IN MEMORY

Your tribute can help us continue our critical work, work closely with public health officials, and consult with our patients to identify and overcome barriers that outback communities face.
As part of your tribute, we can also notify their nearest family member with a letter of thanks that will inform them that a gift has been made to honour their loved one’s legacy. The donation amount will remain confidential and you will also receive a tax deductable receipt.

For an in-person memorial service, we can also support you by providing tribute donation envelopes that can be handed out as part of the service.
